Refunds and cancellations
US shipping is included in the price. 30-day money-back on unopened product for the amount you paid. Opened dietary supplements are not returnable unless defective.
How to request a refund
Email info@h2xusa.com or call 760-715-2355. Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Pacific. Tell us the order number. Do not ship a return until we authorize it. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order cancellation
An order can be cancelled free of charge before it ships. We ship within one business day. Email or call with the order number. After it ships, the refund rule above applies.
Subscription cancellation
Cancel anytime before the next billing date. There is no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you are not charged again. Use the Cancel Subscription page, email info@h2xusa.com, or call 760-715-2355.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only. US shipping is included in the price. Orders typically leave within one business day. Transit is usually 2–7 business days. The same rules are on Shipping & returns.
